Our policy outlines procedures for cancellations and refunds for donations and events.

Donations Policy

General Donation Terms:

All donations made to SANJOG are considered final and non-refundable. As a registered non-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of our donors to fund our educational and social development programs

Exceptional Circumstances:

Technical errors during the donation process Duplicate transactions due to system glitches Unauthorized use of payment methods Donations made under fraudulent circumstances

Event Registrations

Cancellation Timeline:

More than 7 days before event: Full refund minus processing fee (₹50) 3-7 days before event: 50% refund of registration fee Less than 3 days before event: No refund available Day of event or no-show: No refund available

Event Postponement/Cancellation by Organization:

If Gyaandeep Foundation cancels or postpones an event, participants have the option to: Transfer registration to the rescheduled event Receive a full refund within 5-7 business days Convert registration fee to a tax-deductible donation

Program Enrollments

Educational Programs:

Enrollments in our educational programs (workshops, courses, training sessions) follow a structured refund policy: Before program commencement: 80% refund (administrative costs apply) Within first week of program: 60% refund After first week: 40% refund After 25% program completion: No refund available

Special Circumstances:

Medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

Submit a written request via email to refunds@ SANJOGorg Include your transaction ID, full name, and reason for refund Provide supporting documentation if applicable Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

Transaction reference number Date and amount of payment Registered email address Bank account details for refund processing

Payment Gateway & Technical Issues

Technical Failures:

In case of payment gateway failures, server downtime, or other technical issues that result in payment deduction without successful registration: Full refund will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days No processing fees will be charged Alternative registration options will be provided

Double Payments:

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction, the duplicate charges will be refunded immediately upon verification.
